FAN CLUB GUIDELINES 

Mr. Witkowsky's fan club is not limited to students, parents, friends, or family members. Anyone can join.

By joining, you will receive the following benefits:

• Your name and logo will be seen on Mr. Witkowsky's homepage.
• You and everyone else will know how cool you are, since you are a fan of Mr. Witkowsky.

If you would like to join, the following steps must be taken:

• Open the Paint program. Go to image, then attributes. Adjust the width so that it is 150 pixels and adjust the height so that it is 200 pixels.
• Save the image as a jpg.
• In this box you must enter your name. Additional things that can be added are avatars, pictures, logos, etc.
• If you would like your a link associated with your jpg file, attach the link in the message sent to Mr. Witkowsky.
• All information entered within this box must be school appropriate.
• Once finished, email the jpg file to Mr.Witkowsky@gmail.com
• Failure to follow all of the listed directions, may cause your information not to be displayed on this site.
